Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Notes:

Linen is changed 2 times/week, and towels every day.

An organized bar can offer any refreshment to the clients. Clients are not allowed to bring their own drinks aboard.

Due to weather conditions or other unexpected conditions, the route can change or be canceled. The company will offer the best possible service and trip in replacement.

Minimum participants 12 people. Booking is always on request.
